30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • All original tags, labels, and protective stickers must still be attached.
  • The item must not be a gift card, perishable good, or custom-made product.
  • Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return unless explicitly stated otherwise.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team first. Do not send your item back to us before obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
